This prick still wouldn't back off! He even pulled out his handcuffs and held them in his hand trying to intimidate me. I've never been in this situation at all. Has anyone been in this situation?[/QUOTE]Same happened to me a year or so ago when I was pulled over at the McDonalds by the mall, he stated the reason he pulled me over was that he thought my windows were tinted to dark and he saw a girl get out of my car down by Sandlake. While he was testing the windows which were legal he asked questions as to why I was on a trail and what I was doing. I simply told him that I was waiting for the night driver to get to the yard with my truck, (it was 3:30 am) as I needed to stay active because I am a driver and if I were to go sit in the yard and wait on him there would be a good chance I would fall asleep so instead I cruise the trail waiting for him to get to the yard it keeps me alert. He told me BS and said he knew what I was doing and if I just admitted it it would go easier on me. After several minutes of this going back and forth I finally looked at him and said with all due respect I will not admit to anything nor will I am incriminate myself. Finally after about 40 minutes he let me go. As they say the key is to be respectful and not admit to anything it is their job to prove all accusations.

Has anyone been in this situation?[/QUOTE]I did have an incident 20 some years ago in Denver where I was stopped with a girl in the car, back then I had a little more to lose and was scared so I basically gave them the info they were requesting and they let me go and took her to jail. They pulled the she's going to testify that you were soliciting so if you want us to go easy on you tell us what happened, be honest with us and we will let you go. Thankfully they held up their end of the bargain. In today's world I would not trust an officer as far as I could throw him.

I saw a cute young spinner on 25th St., Sunday afternoon. She was walking so I offered her a ride. Her name was Brittany she looked young but she said she was 19. After she got in I looked in my rearview mirror and there's a giant pick up truck right behind me. This truck sits pretty high and he could look down into my car so I didn't have a chance to do a LEO check. I proceed to the trail and head north and this pick up truck is following me. I change lanes, he changes lanes. I figured it was uncle LEO for sure or perhaps management. I pull into the McDonalds at Gore and 441. He follows me right into the McDonalds parking lot. Brittany thinks it was some other dude trying to pick her up. I wasn't going to take any chances. I didn't want to have any conversations with uncle LEO so I told her we would have to postpone our date. So she gets out walks back gets in the pick up truck which was right behind me.

This girl was the cutest spinner I have ever seen on the trail. 5' tall white girl, small Tatas wearing shorts. She was nice and clean, had a southern accent and didn't seem or look like she was user.

I thought they owe you a reason for pulling you over and then they owe you or a judge, proof that reason is real.

First reason is they'd have lit you up before letting you drive all over like that. But even more so, they NEVER let an undercover decoy female officer get in the car with a monger. LE would NEVER put an officer at such risk. They like total control of the situation, removing as many variables in the equation of their apprehension as possible.

The only risk you might have been at was the Provider had been turned into an informant by the police, but again, for liability reasons I seriously doubt they would let HER get into your car as well. Can you imagine the headlines and bad press after it becomes evident the police placed a 'civilian' into harm's way with a desperate monger in a high speed chase or some other such deadly event? Again, waaaaay too many elements beyond their control.

That leaves a most likely scenario of a simple pissed off fellow Punter who followed you, trying to intimidate you because you just beat him to the scoop. Partake in this hobby long enough and you're bound to have it happen to you.

Or, it was her BF / scam partner, what have you. But if they were intent on a ROB they sure tipped their hand early by following so closely, didn't they? I'm betting on the former, a wrapped-too-tight fellow Monger who wanted your prize catch you just took from him, real bad. She usually walks with a huge black guy around 6' tall 300 lbs, so the two of them stand out as you are right in that she is about 50 lbs and under 5' tall. She only does covered FS. No oral even with condom. She quoted $50, but agreed to $40. I thought she would be a good time, but was just ok. She basically is just along for the ride with no reaction. I am pretty sure she is staying on 18th near Westmoreland since I have seen the two of them walking up it a few times. Good luck.

It is always best to exercise your right to remain silent. Just remember that LE is questioning you to gather sufficient evidence to arrest or give you a citation. LE likes to trick people into thinking that you are being a good citizen when you are answering their questions. It's also best to avoid giving the cops a story they are simply trying to catch you in a lie. The cops pulled me over several times over the years and I have remained silent.
