In Huntsville, I think that'd include folks like Charlie-Dixie, Cindy, Jo, and Olivia (in alphabetical order). What separates a good town from a bad one is the strength of the second-tier providers.

In my opinion, Huntsville's second tier has been pretty weak in the time I've been staying here. I'd put providers like Amber, Skylar, and Erin at the head of that class. I see Justice & Kylie as more of rounding out the second tier than taking business away from others. They'll probably do a lot more to prevent mongers from TOFTT or resorting to 3rd-tier providers with known red flags, like Mylee or Trish or Courtney.
