She did get back to me- told me phone died and she lost a whole days work. Truth be told we were both miffed (she didn't like me posting the no-show before she could contact me, though I gave it 12 hours). Texted Kim to see when see was available. She responded almost instantly and we set something up on very short notice. She's so reliable and always responses asap if she isn't busy.
