Wasn't there a scam a few months ago at the same location? Something about gift cards? I found nothing and the the pics look too professional.

If the pics are fake, old, or stolen, like these, you should gain some perspective into your potential provider before you meet. I used to spend hours a day combing the BP ads and reporting on the fakes, but I really believe that all that time was wasted since they are still around.
