Even doing multiple passes up and down the street, it is basically impossible on a busy street to check everything out and to know who all is watching you make a pickup. They could be sitting in a business or parking lot watching or not readily visible due to the car traffic on the street. I am always paranoid on big, busy streets. I always preferred quite, small streets to look and scope everything out appropriately. I guess if I wanted to roam OBT, then I wouldn't have much choice but to take the chance, though.
