Living in the city proper doesn't really warrant a car if you don't have to go to the burbs everyday or be somewhere at a certain time. But I am with you! Thought about a rental car or zip, but concerned only in that they stick out like a sore thumb and I am sure the rental place tracks your use. Also, uncle LEO will impound the vehicle during a sting and then have fun explaining that one to your credit card company! So I dream on!
