Depends on how motivated they are financially, the chemistry you develop with them either first time you meet or after several times getting to know them. Money talks, it's also better to have a good personality and be good looking rather than to be a jerk who is a fat unattractive smelly pig. Also, depends on the club but generally if you have a combination of game, personality, looks and money you have a good shot. The most important of these is money and if you're solely looking for extras then lower your standards or be prepared to pay a lot.
