I was in PH today for work (both L and U) and saw quite a few killjoys out on patrol. In LPH, what caught my attention was an attractive, curvy brunette with long braided hair walking up and down State St. Definitely got the look as I drove past. But I also noticed a white Chevy panel van always within line of site of her (saw her in three different places on State and the van was in three different spots too). Be careful.
