The infotainment system is always blacked out and there's no lights in the car. I've seen him for a couple years. There was a fight recently at the bar near BK that bled out to the street and I finally saw him use his lights.

I just assumed they were Uber drivers because they were out their so often but I did a little bit of research. The lack of talent makes sense now.
