Took a shot even after the bad reviews and set something up with this one. Everything seemed straightforward until I arrived at the downtown apt. Hit me with the same $ to get in as previously mentioned below and against my better judgement I went for it. Lo and behold, radio silence immediately after $ sent. Best to avoid this trap.

This one went on with texting for a week and even wanted to have a phone call to set her at ease. When it finally came down to time, she was "offended" that I would book a hotel as shameful as Quality Inn. Good luck with this one, but she is real I guess.
