Just a funny piece of info.

I was at home depot and I guess not knowing that my wifi was on and connected to the home depot wifi, I opened BP and it said that the administrator blocked the website. Then I tried to open this site and was denied again. I thought my cell phone provider block those sites (in actuality it was the home depot wifi controls) I kinda panicked, what will I do if these sites were blocked from me. Life would be different without BP and USA sex guide. LOL. Then I finally realize my wifi was on and it was the stores networked that blocked those site. Whew! LOL. Had to share this random experience with you guys.

I tried out this spot and unfortunately having conversation does not equal a warm welcome. IPVanish runs about $10 a month ($7 for PIA, and if you really want to be anonymous, they both accept bitcoin) and they don't keep records of your activity.

If you're looking for ease of use, I'd go with IPVanish. They have iOS apps and they have apps for their VPN for laptops. I used to be big into configuring my iOS devices and laptop to using Open VPN, but lately I've just been using the connection tools provided by IPVanish and going with IPSEC / L2 TP.
