If his new phone is not a burner and registered to him all of his Alias traffic is being routed through his registered phone. But yes if you have a provider that goes down to tracking IP addresses then yes only true way is a burner or VPN.

Is this really a problem for most of us, though? I don't think the law really gives a shit enough about some random monger to trace his burner activity back to his real phone and then take legal action to get his identifying info from his cell phone company. Even after all that, to prosecute they'd have to prove that the individual who owned the phone actually engaged in whatever illegal activities they're alleging. You'd have to be doing some serious shit for them to put in that kind of effort. That said, you're right, if you want more thorough security, you need to take it a step further.

Other then that, yeah LE can trace IP addresses but for what? It's a conversation about boobs and ass nothing else.

Search her name on the Milwaukee board. Wide open menu, and nothing but good reports.

Not really worried about that level of data trace exposure. A young girl I've had crashing with me has started randomly picking up my phone, so I have to turn off my email and text accounts when I'm with her. Or when I'm with family. Not as worried about the federales LOL.

Advice please
My wife has encouraged me to merge my bank account with hers and at this point it would look extremely suspicious if I refuse to do it (it's been 5+ years of being married now). How have you guys navigated getting enough cash out of shared accounts without causing suspicion? I fear that outside of a slow trickle of atm withdrawals I won't come up with any other ideas. That would greatly reduce my dreaming.

You can create a new brokerage account that does monthly withdrawals, your wife will think you're planning for the future but you're really planning for the night. The transfers would go into the equivalent of a checking account that you can withdraw against using an atm card.

Ideas.

But something that's working for me is cash back options at target, grocery, walgreens, etc. It can be a slow build but a few extra bucks at a time at a commonly visited store is a lot less suspicious than a bunch of random ATM withdrawals.
Another option is to just flat out open a new account, go paperless or have your work address as primary, and see if you can split off a portion of your check for direct deposit into that account. Especially if she doesn't know exactly how much is in your current account. Open the new account w a chunk of your current one before you close it and transfer funds into joint account.
You may have to feel it out once the merge happens if you're not sure how bank balance hawkish she is. After merge make a couple noticeable purchases for one of your more common hobbies, a golf club or whatever, and see if she notices the entry and gives you shit.
Hope this is helpful and I'm curious to her ides other gents have.
CR.

Tell her you you are getting concerned about identity theft and / or big brother knowing what you are buying / spending, and that you want to start paying in cash more often.
Start with, or always keep $500 to $1000 (as an example) liquid cash on hand. If you go to Home Depot and spend $100, if she asks, you tell her you spent $140 and you rathole the extra $40. Just don't keep receipts around if you don't have to. Restaurants are even better. You get the bill, pay cash and just leave the receipt in the leather folder they give you. Odds are, even if she knows how much the entree's cost, she won't know what the drinks cost, or how much tip you gave. You can always say you gave extra on the tip because the service was great tonight.
Paying cash for gas is kind of a hassle, but there is almost no way she is going to know how much you are paying for gas. Also, service on your car. An extra oil change, radiator flush, windshield wipers etc.
Go to the racetrack 4 or 5 times a year etc. You can even take her with you. Go to Arlington Park (Opening Day is Friday May 3rd), have lunch, a few drinks and always tell her you either won less, or lost more than you really did. You'll accept the money spent as a day out having fun and you will be able to rathole pretty easily out there.
Please remember, pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered. Just try not to do too much, too soon. A little here and there and before you know it, you'll have quite the stash.
Good luck to you.
