As always YMMV. I have been pleasantly surprised on occasions and disappointed on others based on reviews posted here and the other boards. I know the eastern european service in examples you have cited and have tried them. I found that with a couple of those ladies I received more than I expected. With one it was after multiple visits and with one it was on the first visit. There are fake reviews out there but even real reviews are not a guarantee that everyone gets the same service.
