That is why I always do a lap first to see who is around before making any scoop.
Keep seeing more girls on 2nd and it IS crazy from a traffic standpoint stopping there, but going around the corner usually works, after making eye contact and a nod. Fewer places along there to sit and watch.
Looping on Harrison or Van Buren is 6 to 1, half dozen to the other.
Lower LA can be productive too, often because as Phoenix says, girls traveling between points.

Look in the stroll map area as there are maps of the DE strolls there, as well as the Philly strolls. Knowledgeable posters way back when added those.
When one area is dry, another area picks up. There is a post I put up recently with some verbal instructions and links to the maps. I'm too lazy to go find it. But like us DE guys do who wander into Philly, it makes sense to RTT to glean knowledge before wandering in. Problem is Wilm is hit or miss. No guarantee you will hit a time when girls are out. I often get skunked for a couple of hours of looping various strolls. Just saying. Watch for LE too.
