Didn't seen any FMPD or LC on Evergreen or the next Street up...I think it was Marion. They were out throughout those areas heavy yesterday also.

I don't feel comfortable stopping to pick up SW with company close by.

A friend sometimes walks close because the walker is less likely to be hassled by LEO. If the girl is definitely a walker, than the 'friend' knows and benefits from her walking, he will just walk away so no problem to roll up in that situation.
