A minute can turn into a couple hours when these darlings get sucking on that glass pipe! I've had that run around, as we all have. And I quickly learned to have a Plan B, C, and even D. I don't mean double book, because I never do. But I will not wait more than 10-15 minutes from an confirmed time even on an ATF. If they need to adjust an appointment time, the phone rings both ways.
