When the police bust an agency they post one of those pathetic "THIS DOMAIN SEIZED BY" graphics to the website. What we're seeing now is what you'd see if the people running the agency forgot to pay the bill to keep the domain registered to them. Ineptitude is the best explanation, I think. Or they could be redoing their site.

On a separate note from all the talk about LE, I just saw Risa and man it was one of the best decisions I've made. She's the only current provider at hougong who will let you fuck her up the ass.
