Based on my recent experience with Connie I think some of the confusion on pricing with BB may be that the policy there seems to be to make no collection of the house fee until the end of the session. I even asked their mama san how much was the house fee and she said not now. This could be a legal maneuver to keep the manager out of trouble if the place is busted. I know first hand of one kitchen mama who took the house fee from the undercover but fortunately for her, she ended her shift and went home before the actual bust. The bills were marked but they couldn't arrest her for taking them.
