The reality is, for the most part any girl will rat you out or set you up if she's under enough pressure. In other words, she got busted for something relatively serious, and the cops say either you do stings for us or we are going to A, take away your kids or be, put your sorry ass in stir for a while and take away your kids too. That is the reality. Therefore, I won't go to a girls apartment or house unless she has been vouched for in the last couple days by a trusted monger. Its way to easy for the man to set up all the audio and video they need. Nor will I take a girl to my house or get an incall Because its too easy for a girl to set me up for a robbery. All it takes is one bad apple out of a hundred and I'm in the soup.

The best thing is to get a room of your own, one that hasn't been bugged by the gestapo. ".[/QUOTE]You have to remember that 90% of what they want is to publicly embarrass you so that you just cave to the charges and pay the fine. They don't want anyone to take it to trial and have to prove every element of the crime. The problem is that the people who get popped usually don't have the wherewithal to fight and pay an attorney, or they can't stand the publicity, or both. What has to happen is that someone has to fight and win, then sue everyone he can for violations of his civil rights, malfeasance, misfeasance, and whatever he can come up with. One of the big problems with this is trying to find a lawyer with the balls to sue the cops.

Or, if the masseuse perceives the roaming hands as aggressive behavior, then he probably could be arrested for assault, but she would have to call the police and risk losing her tip, as well as likely being fired by Mamasan.

Of course someone will say in a massage parlor is not in public but IF the massuese (or Officer who is under cov) takes offense to your action, and they surely would if it is a sting, then you might as well be poundin your pud on 4th & Vine. Same outcome.

Might be safer to far more discreet at the overture. But bottom line is if he or anyone else is truly in a sting environment there will be charges as the end result. As stated in an early posted, they aren't so much interested in convictions as "headlines" and attempts to disgrace whoever they deem to be an operative.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]When a sting takes place in an AMP, the girls that where working there are all arrested and jailed. Then a girl working for the police takes over. Usually you will only see her but there are several uniformed officers in another room listening to the bugs. If you verbally solicit the masseuse, it will be recorded and you will be arrested. If you don't solicit her but go with the roaming hands beyond incidental contact, she will have you arrested for assault or sexual imposition, depending upon how far you roamed. Some guys do go to these places just for a legit massage and there is always a little bit of incidental contact and sometimes the cover towel might slip. The police won't mess with these guys because they haven't broken any laws going there.

If you go to an AMP that you have never been to before or if you are going to one where all of the personnel are different, your best bet is to get a legit massage on your first couple of visits and don't press for anymore. After the second visit or so and if the girls are comfortable with you, they will indicate if extras are available and you can go from there. When a sting is going on at an AMP, it usually only lasts a day or two and then the place gets closed, so if you visited once, they will be gone before you go back for the second visit.

Those mf'ers will lie, cheat and steal to stretch whatever charge they can pin on someone. The facts aren't important, they make their shit up based on what justifies the outcome they seek! Cheech.[/QUOTE]I have always agreed with Cheech's comment, personally I always inform every provider that I am not interested in BJ or FS and that I do not want to do anything illegal. Most providers silently take the lead from that point, others look at me puzzled and follow my lead. In the end I usually finds myself happy, at the least I figure I met someone nice and had a great time doing things that didn't result in an? Also I believe if you respond to an ad that highlights that the provider offers FS, BJ. Or anything else that could be considered illegal, by merely showing up with out a mention or a gesture you have already solicited, and could be put through the ringer.

The real question is why do we take the chance?

I used to post the following argument a few years ago: The reason hobbyists and providers are still persecuted, while gays are treated now as civil rights heroes, is that we don't participate in the debate. I see lots of posts about evading LE, virtually none about changing the law.

It seems at least one well-known figure has volunteered to be "public face of the hobby". I wasn't familiar with this guy, but he does seem to have his own cable show and a lot of Twitter followers, and this appeared in Time Magazine:
