It's been so long since I've seen any activity out in Salisbury that I had stopped checking. Good to know it's not necessarily completely dead out there like I was thinking it was.

Everyone around there knows what goes on there, and the way LE seems in general, across many cities and towns in the Carolinas, I'm surprised they hadn't been shut down. But I had also heard a rumor a long time ago, that some of their customers are LEOs, and if that's the case, then perhaps that might explain why they have been around for so long, and continue to remain so.

Went down Long St from Innes St and rode it out to Long Ferry Road. Checked the E Franklin St area off of Long St, and didn't see anything out that way before continuing on Long. Not too far from there I saw what might have been a BSW walking. It was really hard for me to tell if she was SW though because she did not seem interested, yet she was walking in an area known for SW activity with no bra on underneath the shirt she was wearing, which made it very easy to make out the details of her nipples and such. But she was wearing white splotchy shorts, and a splotchy white shirt. Sort of like what you might wear if you were going to paint a house or something. So I'm not sure if she was a BSW or just someone dressed like a bum that might had been doing some painting work earlier.

As I went down further on Long St, there was an undercover LEO parked near the "Rowan County Recycling Processing" place. I thought this was unusual because I have not been aware of much SW activity that far up on Long St, which is pretty close to Long Ferry Road, but if he was out there, that would seem to suggest to me that they must have had some recent reports of SW activity out there, or he wouldn't be wasting his time out there. This particular undercover LEO was in a charcoal colored ford mustang, and is a vehicle that I have noticed in the area in the past when passing through, with other undercover LEOs driving it on other shifts.
