Well a lot of women just don't have "GFE" in them. They just aren't warm people and can't muster the energy to fake any kind of warmth or GFE-like qualities. Some are lazy and some are cold, but I agree that the true GFE attitude goes a very long way and those women should be reviewed and promoted to encourage such behavior.
