I will chime in Snow is a gem. I once dropped a phone on her but she was off the streets within 48 hours of me handing it to her in October. Can also be found downtown between Tampa and Florida on some days.

A lot of ladies are out, you have to be in search mode. The police have made their point and pushed all but the hardcore SW's off of the familiar strolls. You don't have to look far off but you will find them walking east and west, north and south going no place at all hours of the day.

Yesterday picked up a Hispanic girl, 22 on 15th and 138th, she was pushing a stroller but didn't have a baby in it! Her English was terrible and my Spanish is limited but she ended up being very accomodating though somewhat mechanical. No name no digits, 5-1 140 lbs, chunky but not fat.

Check strollers during the day! 30 for BBBJ and CFS in the back seat.

Gail is out just north of Fowler but crack has wasted her looks and talent. Will take a Lincoln if she is jonesing. But even that might be too much now.

Running into a few non-pro single mom types who are trying to make ends meet. PM for details. If I am sure you aren't LEO I'll point you in the right direction. Days are best while kids are in school and bf's are gone. Would say that I hate taking advantage of someone down on their luck but they really needed to pay their bills.

Man, I didn't know there was a forum for this! I've been active on the "stroll" for over a decade. I was pinched once in 97. In hindsight, I made several mistakes on that day. Since then, I've had countless meetings w/ no issues. I try to stay off the mainstream drag, and have found some jems. Broadway west of faulkenburg has some goodies if you are there at the right time. You can even see them getting out of faulkenburg/orient ready for a "ride". Also, going east on MLK, make a left at the light just past 75 and there are nothing but trailers and a select few SW; s. I try to stay off nebraska, just too hot and lately there has been slim pickins and lots of competion. Also, Hillsborough just west of armenia has a cheap motel that occasionally has some nice SW's. The downside it takes time and patience trolling these areas but I've gotten lucky several times. The plus is less LEO and the rush of striking gold in an unexpected place. I know the area on Hillsborough you are speaking of but I haven't seen any SW there for over 5 years. Have you seen anything recently? If so, I'll have to take a drive by.

Found CeCe for a BBBJCIM walking on Nebraska north near El Rancho Motel.

Been with her before when she was wearing a GPS from the Hillsborough County Jail.

I received a lot of PM's about the non-pros. Old timers already know the deal. It takes patience and practice. After the kids go to school, usually a couple of weeks into the month (assistance check has been used up) you can run into non-pro's just trying to make enough for milk or the phone bill. Known strolls (they don't know where else you might be looking for them) and usually with a plausible reason for being wherever (bus stops, convience stores, dollar stores). They are not approachable like SW's. Start a conversation - take it from there. Be sure you explain that you are willing to make a contribution for some attention or other words like that. They are out there in all sizes and shapes and colors. Some will never admit to hooking but that's what they're doing. Again, they are not easy to find but believe me they are out there. Neighborhoods that have seen better days are the best places to scout.

Hope I wasn't the only one who took advantage of the fair weather last nite, because Tampa was HOPPING! I don't know what time the fun started, but I got to Nebraska about 11:00 and there was all kinds of new talent. Starting north. At 140, there were 6 WSW on the corner, a half dozen more BSW in toward 15st and one hsw. The only one I recognized was one of the blondes. Mid 30's with NO ass whatsoever, so I have never met her. The others were all fresh. Down to 124th. Probably 7-8wsw and a couple BSW. All fresh except for the older cracked out blonde (think her name is Gail). Not much to look at, but a little birdie told me she gives a nice, deep BBBJCIM. 5-6 fresh faces north of Busch. A slender brunette with huge ta ta's for anybody who likes those. Down by the track, just saw one WSW. Initially thought it was Snow with straight hair, but it wasn't, went by too quick for good look, but think she was cute. Never saw her again later. Further south, saw a few scattered in front of the notels. South of Hillsborough had a couple new faces, but lots of leo activity. I'm telling you, I was in option paralysis for a while. Ended up dreaming of a young blonde by name of Christina at 124 and 15st. Very cute little body, maybe 5'2" and a buck ten. She has a tat of 2 dolphins swimming around her belly button. Every thing is on the menu. Got her digits because I would like to hook her up on craigslist, but when I called them later, it was disconnected. Not sure what to make of that, she was certainly in a hurry to wake up from her dream and go find some rock. No physical effects of that yet, but unfortunately that won't last. Anyway, by 12:30, it was a ghost town. Hope I wasn't the only one having good dreams in Tampa. Take care.

Sorry to report one of the Nebraska newbies met our mean uncle. She asked me to hold off posting on her till she was more certain of her destiny, but I guess she was found out anyway. Drove in and around the 15th and 139th st off of nebraska. Saw 2 nice lookin wsw and bsw. They approached me at a stop sign, but my gut told me to keep rollin!

Thanks for the intel Casey3939. Drove Nebraska from ML King to Bearss this morning. Nothing on 140th street area today but took 124th street based on your recommendation and saw 2 WSW, 2 HSW and 1 BSW on the stretch from Nebraska to 15th street. Unfortunately all were not my type. All 5 appeared to be in their teens/early 20's and rail thin.

Saw nada on my drive to ML King except one very old and worn WSW around the dollar store N or Hillsborough. She gave me the look but as I drove closer I noticed her face was so wrinkled and pockmarked that my hard-on went limp and I just could not complete the swoop.

I drove down Hillsborough to 56th and saw 1 Fugly BSW (might have been a tranny) in front of the gas station on the south side of Hillsborough between 50th and 56th.

So all in all 124th seems to be the hoppin place. I'll check back to see who is working the night shift to see if any girls with decent boobs/ass are looking for some shopping money.

Gina looks like a great find. I wonder how she was arrested for offering to commit prostitution AND for posession of cocaine AND for driving with an expired license at the same time. Is she one of those drive by hookers? I've seen a few on Nebraska before, but that was maybe 10-15 years ago.

For those who wonder how the drive by thing works, the girl will follow a suspected monger (e.g. any guy driving slowly down the back streets in known mongering hotbeds). Then they pull up next to you, put window down and give you the look, lick lips, motion bj, etc. Had a great experience with one near Nebraska and Fletcher about 10 years ago. Basically, you find a place to pull over and park, she parks then she gets in your car. It's safer than walking the street and certainly more comfortable on a cold or rainy day. I haven't really seen any since.

She's nice looking. Did you notice that her arrest record has both prostitution, possession of cocaine and drug paraphanalia and driving with a suspended license on the same day? Sounds like LEO is now checking cars, car contents and driver's licenses at each arrest. Someone must have decided to pile on every possible charge on every arrest. This really increases the chances that a provider may be working a deal with LEO to entrap hobbyists. Hobbyists be careful out there!
