Peace, I understand everything you wrote and it makes perfect sense from a logical stand point, and if you force a girl to admit she is something she doesn't want to be that is possible.
What I am trying to say is don't look at it from the monger perspective. Look at it from the girl's perspective. If she thinks there is a difference between dancer and prostitute. Our culture tells us one is better than the other, and she wants to be the better one. There is no harm in indulging her thinking. She was nice, but talked nonstop and I just got ROB vibes from her. And I could NOT shake her. Eventually she started making comments about wanting to order a drink before having to go onstage soon, at that point I told her I had to step outside to make a work call. I went to my car to smoke a bowl and came back in five minutes. Didn't see her anywhere, went back to my table and ordered a beer. When the waitress came back she was with that girl who sat at my table and had a drink in hand. Waitress said $32, I was like WTF. She said "the danger said you told her you'd get her a drink," which wasn't true and she I of course ordered a double.
I took out my wallet, counted out & put exactly $32 on the table, got up and walked out the door. Didn't touch my beer and didn't tip the waitress, or dancer.
I'll give them another shot soon but not on a Thursday again, hopefully won't see her.

Just refusing to pay for her drink could cause her to avoid you. If she sees you again she'll likely do it again because it worked. A trick I've used when a dancer refuses to leave my table is I start feeling them up, playing with her tits, then move my hand toward the puss. They hate the idea of you getting free feels. They'll avoid you the next time they see you. If you pay her to leave she'll try to collect it every time she sees you in a club.

Just a heads up that it is best to walk out of the VIP anytime a dancer asks for the money up front, it is 100% of the time not going to be good for you, it is likely to turn out just as bad if they even have the audacity to ask to be shown the money, at H8, SC and Bogies it will only cost you $10 to walk out and trust me, it will save you in money and grief to just cut your loses and walk out.

She's putting down all her co-workers who do extras behind their backs. If you're going to be involved in any professional field, I think you should own it, even if it's sex work, and stand up for the other people in your field. Totally agree to walk out if she wants the money up front, I will save you tons of headaches and further money problems.
As for drunk girls that is way more nuanced. I have had many intoxicated / inebriated girls who were great. It ranges from the pro who is bored finally letting loose and feeling something, or the newbie who isn't doing extras and gets drunk enough for you to be the first monger to get her. For me she has to be to the point of puking or not able to walk straight before passing on her. If she is just smashed and feeling no pain I am happy to session with her. Also I know several girls who mediocre performers when sober and good performers when drunk.
