I am tired of owners hiring 50+ old woman thinking that people will not walk out of the place after seeing them. I started to do that not that long ago. If I see someone old screw them I am out. After being up north and in different states and towns on a same scale as Richmond and seen at least a good few younger providers I think Richmond can do better.

The place in a mini strip with about 4 stores. Its in a heavy traffic stretch of the main road across from a Walgreens and next to a much bigger strip mall with many abandon stores.
