Very well run, when you show up for your appointment they are ready for you and no waiting etc. Its one of the many good things about the place.
Like everything YMMV but I have been getting appts in the 30-60 minute range, but I think my schedule is when traffic would be light. Given the size of the building they seem able to add more girls if they get more traffic.
