It was known it was near a playground. And it wasn't all that popular on here. However, with my relative inexperience and inability to find the booking reports for that area, I have difficulty determining anything beyond the news article itself. So I can only further assume when comparing it to what happened at HFS and Q.
HFS and Q got search warrants. Owners got charges. No photos of any workers ended up in the news. These cases are actually still going through the courts. HFS and Q remain open. But in comparing them in hindsight, this might have meant there was no actual exchange of money for sexual services.
Four Seasons article makes it seem like the investigation was simply walking in asking for a handy and arresting her. I'm sure that was very hard. A lot of these places are rather straightforward. But since the article is all I got and I didn't stay in their business, I don't know if that's a mamasan or just a worker. I don't know how many worked there (assumed at least two). If two+ worked there, then only one got hit. So are they going to stay open with one and keep business as usual or was the fact that this got them a label of unlicensed enough to close them? These things I don't know.
But I still stick to my previous opinion, the answer is less on what happened here, and more on if there's followup elsewhere. They have a very easy target if they wanted to. Just like how A should have been next. If nothing, you can (slightly) assume it's just business as usual. But I don't know the folks here, I wouldn't have the confidence to walk back in on a promise everything is all good. So if they do manage to stay open, someone else is going to have to test that one.
Oh and one more note that made them "different". Although to be very clear, I don't feel this is the main reason they were chosen after all HFS doesn't advertise in this way, but I'm still adding it to the topic. It's still all conjecture and they're all on a time limit no matter what is done. For now, no new ads were posted (whether coincidence or not, D also didn't post an ad yesterday). But without a visit to confirm anything it doesn't mean enough because I also recall when Q kept posting ads up to a point in December 2024 but they were closed at that time. So, if Health Department closed them, it's over. But if not, anything is possible.
I don't think I'll get any more information than I have at this moment but it's still a good reminder that all locations are equally vulnerable. Lots of reviews, no reviews, abbreviations, sexy ads, whatever. I'm starting to feel that it's complaints (or political interest) that cause action. The more boxes ticked, the sooner it happens. Watch the vibe as you continue but again unless they start falling back to back, this was just punishment time for this one and it gets in the news and uninterested folks pat themselves on the back and go blind to it once more. So I won't tell you to or not to go give D another shot, I'm just saying unless more follow up comes, I don't think it's suddenly a bigger target than it already was.

It's minor in the grand scheme of things but if one was interested in becoming a regular that's almost half the amount for the HFS stamps (6th free vs 10th free). Went yesterday. It was fine and the experience was FS at $$ I don't try finagle with any of the AMPs. She asked if I wanted a shower and I declined as I was on a tight timeline. Got to the room and the usual undress, lay face down and get a light massage. It was ok and she is from New York and cute but not the best looking for my taste but I didn't want to ask to see the other ladies. The flip was a covered BJ, which was nice and then she did some riding for a few minutes and then to missionary for the finish in the bag.
I did not get her name and it was mentioned there are five ladies there. I saw one that was my type when leaving. Maybe I will ask for her next time. I left happy and the job done. If I go there again, I will ask to see the available women like I have done before.

Impressive that they are also still running 5 ladies, I would have thought they couldn't support that many. I feel a bit conflicted about the FS price pushing to 300, unless that included house fee then it's not so bad. But I'm also not one to complain about your own money, the no negotiation part is nice and may have even caused her to give you better service.
I hope you'll be able to repeat and give some more updates in the future.
