I am not sure about the Encore for finding CG's (see my post about a recent visit to Mirage / Caesars) but I was just in Vegas last week 10/16-19 and went for a post conference dinner to Sinatra and it looked like there were 50 people in the whole casino. I have never seen a casino so empty. I admit I left pretty early 9 pm, but you could have easily walked up to any open table (most were closed) or to any bank of machines and had no issues at all donating your money. There were three pretty large conventions going on that week and was very surprised at how dead Encore was.

Just returned from a convention in Las Vegas and was in town 10/15-19. I stayed at the Mirage and there were two big conventions at Sands Expo Center and an automotive conference at the Mirage, so the scenario was looking good as I flew into town for some CG action / options. I must say I was extremely disappointed in the CG offerings at The Mirage and Caesars.

Being in Vegas on business 2-3 times a year I have a set gameplan. After my meetings or leaving the convention floor I go out for a few drinks and dinner, then take a little snooze and set an alarm for 1 am. Then I hit the casino floor to begin "the game" and the search is on. First off I have never had a problem finding something that I liked and negotiated a fair price at The Mirage, so usually I do not need to wander far. Many trips though I will go over to Caesars and do a little search there, and if I see something I like I will talk to her, do some negotiation and get her digits to call later in my trip and have her meet me at The Mirage.

In the entire week I saw all of 6-7 girls. That was it. Total. Unless they were really under the radar and avoiding contact and they were not on the prowl, I could not find more than half a dozen potential CG's. I am ruling out the one large BCG (I am 6'2 and she was as tall as I am and about 260 lbs) that walked behind me and kept shouting out "You want some black meat" as I strolled through the casino. I did have one pretty striking looking mocha skinned BCG ask me if I could get her up in the elevator "because her friend wasn't answering her cell phone and she did have a key to the room she was staying in) but she literally hit me up as I was rolling my luggage up to my room after checking in (my flight landed at midnight) so I wasn't in a playful mindset at that point after traveling from the East Coast.

Each night I spent 2 or 3 hours (from 1 am to about 3 am) roaming the casino floor, playing the machines, sitting at the bar for a drink and saw a couple of worthy WCG and three BCG, some were engaged with other mongers or were busy and in their sales mode with others, but it was very slim pickings. I even went over to Caesars a couple nights to hopefully pick up digits and that endeavor was not all that fruitful. I will say there were definitely more options (primarily BCGs roaming in packs of 2-4 girls) but I was disappointed on the numbers and real lack of quality.

I was pretty shocked that with the convention attendees staying on that part of the strip that the options were very limited. I am hoping that the options rebound on my next visits as this trip was a definite bust.

Mirage and Ceasars are very hit and miss.

So I am staying at the Mirage and was hoping some members could give me a few tips to navigate the casino girls. More importantly getting past security to go to my room. Is that ever an issue? So I meet girl get her up to my room and her price is outrageous. Now what? Any advice is appreciated.

No, for the umpteenth millionth time, Security will not give you any problems unless the girl is a ROB, in which case you should be grateful they stop you.

Seriously I have no idea why anyone posts about security stopping you at the elevators. They literal could care less if you bring a hooker to your room.

It was one of those trips that I had a conference all day, business cocktails and dinners at night, and just wanted to troll around where I was staying (Mirage) and the closest property. I really did not want to put in too much effort. My main disappointment is that I never experienced this little CG traffic in those two properties in all my other visits. In the past one or two nights might be slow (especially on a Sunday or Monday) but to have five real slow nights when there were bigger conventions / conferences happening at the Mirage and Sands Expo Center, it was just very surprising to me.

I was staying at Ballys a couple of years ago when I got stopped on my way to the elevator with a girl hanging on my arm. Maybe security knew the girl, I don't know, but they told me right away that she couldn't go up to the room with me. Not wanting to make any trouble I said goodbye to the girl and went to the bar instead.

Ask her the price before you go to your room. Seems pretty simple.

I mean hell it's vegas are you kidding me?? I'm pretty sure they run out the real riff raff but they would have to be really raggedy or out of their minds on something or known 86'd robs / problems. Though there is likely a relationship b / t quality of hotel and allowable obvious SW types trolling.

Unless you're openly carrying a firearm NOBODY CARES who you bring to your room, unless that person has been trespassed from casino property.

I have never had security ask me about the girls I take to my room. My assumption is that if one did, it was because they knew the girl and was saving me some trouble. I have often told the story that the third night in a row I took a different girl into the Hilton Grand Vacation the doorman gave me a high five.

As others have said, cut your deal before you go up and be willing to walk away. That includes the definition of "hour. " It needs to start AFTER she goes in the bathroom for 20 minutes and after she gets naked, not from when you leave the lobby.

Last, use the safe for everything of value you don't want to get stolen, because anything you leave out will get stolen.

Is it just me or is there just too much on TV that makes it look like a bunch of blond young spinners hang out at casinos? Because, that just isn't the way it works, at least, not any more. They seem to be mostly women of color who are hot, but overpriced and ready to steal anything not nailed down.

I mean, what is the attraction?

Looking for any leads for Casino girls as to names, where they generally stationed in the Casino and tips on approaching them? Never did a Casino girl before so curious.
