I have found that Bogarts and Henry's north are great places to start. The set-ups for service in the VIP are easy, and will usually run you around $. 5 for full service. But You can negotiate for lower pretty easily. It helps that the girls are usually up front about menus and what they offer. And I haven't had any problems finding a girl worth spending the money on at either place.

Should be able to get what you're looking for at $. 5 max plus. 4 for valet, coat check, table, drinks etc Penthouse is another good option. If you're celebrating a divorce go to a nice place Bogarts is just depressing easy to score but dirty not like it used to be years ago. The quality of the dancers is much better at the higher end clubs. Make your friend feel good and get a 7 or 8 at a high end club he'll appreciate it. Maybe $$ each max if you both play. Go for quality not for price if first time. Good luck!
