I have had this happen twice, but this is in like 35 or more years of mongering, so it hasn't happened often. Both times it was summer. I had a dream a girl did this after I picked her up on the way back to my house I had just bought less than a week earlier. Nice area, nice neighbors, and I lived at end of a long dead end street. All the usual spots have been dry so I decided to head out to Flenway. Ran into "Renee" near State and Gest.

Decent looks for a WSW, no obvious signs of drug use.
