The dark stained teeth is typical of providers in SE Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Laos). It is caused by their chewing betel nut which is a mild narcotic and causes dark red / black staining of the teeth. With all the drugs coming into this country, I am sure they have access to it if they are hooked.

I love reading all the exploits but with some mongers standing in line after a juicy report we need to tone it down.
