I think what you should concern yourself with is your reputation. You seem more concerned about the drug allegations and less so about the pimp and reliability issues.

From what I can see, your biggest problem is reliability. You have a number of posts on this board saying you did not return calls and stood people up. No one wants to drive out to your area and then be left hanging. That will destroy your reputation more than anything. I understand that there are guys that stand you up also, and even though that sucks, it is kind of the part of the deal of being an escort. All you can do is remember the name and number and not deal with that guy again.
You have the backing of the most respected person on this board (Vino), so you have a huge plus on your side. You need to focus on being more reliable. I took a trip down to the 415 today. I regretted not going to see them last time they were in town. While it was a pleasant experience and I left satisfied. I wouldn't "spend multiple paychecks".
