I think I might have seen he/she/it (?) hanging around the new D.C. Convention Center. I'm not into that sort of thing. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Prospects for Downtown do not look promising. I was out of the country and upon my return I saw the messages regarding its closure. I tried telephoning and got no answer. So I walked by today and it is locked. What made me think it may not reopen is that the restaurant on the first floor has a "Closed" sign in the window. I'm wondering if maybe the building was sold.

Yes Its true that Downtown is gone and there are two more AMP are closed down also. Both are on 10th and F street. I spoke to mamasan from New Worls Spa on 11th & F. She told me that all 3 AMP are shut down for good. She would't tell me why.
Anyway, here is worst part about the New Worls Spa. After finding out that all my 3 favoriate AMP was shut down, decided to try NWS and ended up walking out after awful massage. It’s Friday; I usually avoid visiting AMP’s on Fridays because all you other mongers are there and I either have to wait for you to finish or the girl is rushed. You could do yourself the favor of driving an extra 45 minutes and hit Baltimore. Plenty of SW action to be had. DC has good action at night in the K & L St. NW, between 10th & 16th St. area. Too expensive IMHO. It is priced on a par with DC AMPs. For lower priced SW without going to B'more, not much but skank of the worst kind. My hometown in Maryland of less than 3,000 has better quality crack addict SW, and that isn't saying much.

I have not seen enough street action lately in DC to make it worth driving for 6 hours and I do not know that I have ever seen any particular SW that was attractive enough to drive 6 hours for. I agree with Baltimonger's assertion that SWs are too expensive in DC but it is possible to negotiate a reasonable price.

I haven't written a report in a while, so I thought I would write a story.
I got off the the Archives Navy Memorial Metro station about 9:45 on Friday night and walked over to 6th Street, stopped at an ATM and walked on up the street thinking I might stop at Sun Spa. Well I finally made it to Downtown and as the old saying goes "the third time’s the charm." If you mongers recall I struck out (no-FS) twice at Young’s in Tyson over the past few months. I posted those reports and received advice from my friends here. Well I'm proud to report that I crossed into the FS world today (Sunday).

The problem for the last couple of years in regards to street action downtown is that the window of opportunity each night is so small. It is usually a period of 30 minutes to an hour and if you don't happen to be down there during that period you aren't going to see much if anything at all. The window this morning (Sunday) was from about 1 to 2AM. It was open season in that period. At least 15 SWs and no sign of LE. 3 of the SWs were white and the rest were black. Nothing impressive at all. On a scale of 1 to 10 the best looking one was a 7 at best.

Whenever AMP ask me if I'm married I always say yes. I got in a friendly conversation with an AMP and asked why they always ask if you are mariied or not. I have no personal experience with security clearances, but I do know people who have been through them. Generally, you just shouldn't lie about it. I don't think it's what you've done that is what they worry about, but whether you lie about it. Of course, if there is something you could be blackmailed for, then it could be a problem.
I had a friend a number of years ago who had one of the highest clearances you would need. She had been arrested (for skinny-dipping, of all things) and had experimented with drugs (nothing too bad). She told the truth about both and got her clearance!
Things may have changed since the late 1970s when she got her clearance.

no advice on passing a lie detector test. the only one i ever took was a nightmare. the sexual related questions were more geared towards **** or homosexuality, no to both, rather than mongering. the big main questioning was on drug use, at any time in my life. coming out of the 60's, took the test in 73, that one was the problem area.
if they haven't changed how they did it for me, they went over the questions before they started so you would know what to expect.
best advice is be honest. there are some who can lie and not show up. they are few and far between.

Thanks for the update and report on the DC SW scene. I seldomly hear much on in on the board anymore. The DC street scene turned me on to mongering too many years back to say (80's up to now). Just hate the fact that the quality and quanity has fallen off given the increased craziness by LE. Had to move my hunt up north to NYC SW's and focus on the underground clubs. If this poly is for your initial clearance, I will be a life style poly. If it’s a 5-year renewal, it will most likely be a Counter Intel. Poly. In the life style poly, they will ask about, sexual behavior, criminal activity, associations with foreign nationals, beliefs about and/or resentments toward the Federal government, etc. A Counter Intel. poly will focus more on relationships with foreign nationals and anti-American activities.
I have heard a rumor that they have a rule about what a relationship is. It relates to this hobby since most AMP workers are foreign nationals and they usually as about relationships with foreign nationals. If you have had sex with someone four or less times it is not considered a relationship. If you have had sex with someone five or more times then it is considered a relationship. Can not say if this is true or not so take it for what its worth.
One piece of general advice about taking a polygraph that was given to me by an experience polygraph technician: on every question, as you answer, repeat to yourself (not out loud) a true statement, such as “My name is Joe. My name is Joe…”. The only evidence I can give as to whether this helps or not is at best antidotal, nothing scientific.
But then again, the scientific comminute does not believe polygraphs are of any use anyway. Even the National Academy of Sciences has publicly come out against their use and called them pseudo-science. There is a reason they are not admissible in courts. The fist one I had was when I was 16 and the results were at best partially wrong.

I have been to almost all the DC AMP's over the years at one time or another so I can compare CPHC, Downtown and Supra. I have a fondness for Supra because it was the first AMP I ever went to.
I like the atmosphere at Supra. It's quiet and warm in the winter and the girls seem to be a bit more imaginative than Downtown girls. I have had a full body soaping slip and slide at Supra during the table shower and have had the girl pull me out of the room we were in and scamper naked down the hall to another room with a full size double mattress on the floor so we could really fuck. Trashman's AMP review pretty much sums it up for me. Like him, Supra was my first AMP, but I have gotten stuck on Downtown lately. I gotta agree with him about the stairs at Downtown (and Supra, for that matter). I'm going to make a long overdue return to Supra this week as it sounds like the lineup is particularly good these days.
Thanks Gentleman Slim and Trashman for the feedback. I agree that the AMP routine is pretty monotonous, and after just a few tries I am going to give the AMP experience a break for a while.
I did go back one last time to Supra to see if J** was there. Mamasan said she is on “vacation”. Out of curiosity, what the heck is that? The way Mamasan said it, it sounded more like medical treatment, deportation or simply that J** was no longer at Supra rather than some downtime.
Anyway, I got a big dose of C** instead. I must say, a very nice experience, except for some reason the shower water temp was too cool. Definitely not the way you want to go when warming up for a session. I did show up just at noon in the middle of the week, so it could be the slow time. C** switched to the hose and kept me warm with nice hot water. I really like her attention to detail and unlike some others, it seemed as though she enjoyed herself, especially during extended DATY where she kept telling me to not stop. We moved on to a rollicking good session on the mattress (we almost fell off twice and ended up with her head on the floor) and after we finished spent a little time nuzzling and kissing. Kissing was a bit strange because in my limited experience I’ve not known that to be done very often. Maybe it is personal preference or aversion to getting an STD, but with everything else that goes on, the STD issue seems a bit unlikely to me. C** is the friendliest I’ve experienced at Supra. For what its worth, Supra seems pretty good to me, although the anonymity issue is definitely something to consider. 4 flights of stairs past the two businesses with no alternative is not good for those mongers with any concerns about privacy.

I hade the pleasure of seeing the sites of Downtown last nite and visited 15th and L where the delectibles are there and waiting to be bitten. After 2 short passes I meet a slim WSW nick-named Music (face 8 oral 8). After we discussed the attributes of General U. S. Grant we were off and running for a local loading dock. Music began to play awesome tunes on my flute and allowed me to run my fingers all over her musical equipment. I poked and prodded the front and back of her instrument, top to bottom. I also recieved a number where I can call to get music lessons. LIFE is good.

When I gave my opinion about whether the DC street action was worth a 6 hour drive I was thinking that you meant it was 6 hours one way. If your drive would take 6 hours roundtrip then that changes my opinion. Actually, I have considered myself driving to other cities within 3 hours one way to look for SWs.

I agree that the street action in DC is not nearly what it used to be. The days of effortlessly finding the quality SWs are gone. Focusing on other possible sources of action is the smart thing to do.
