What dumbass asks that upfront unless he was neighborhood watch or a cop. I thought for sure I was going to get denied on the flip because of these two dummies but it was okay. It's in a visible location so keep it UTR and pay for a massage you cheapass and find out for yourself.

I guess I would show them the ad, or else walk out. (3) I've learned that different towns make it easier or harder to open a shop. That's why certain towns seem to have more AMPs than others. I have a couple friends that opened legit shops. I learned a couple things that might help explain your findings. (a) If you have multiple activities (like Nails, or foot massage) it helps easing the concern of the towns-folk. (b) During the first month or two of operation, all kinds of people show up, to check the place out. LEO, Zoning guys, concerned neighbors. So the owner will warn all workers to behave. Over time you might develop a rapport. Some of my favorite places are technically legit. Bob.

Some good / some bad. I just noticed that many of the items that made the GOOD list also made the BAD list.

GOOD:

-Private rooms in back.

-Cleanliness- Place seemed clean. They use disposable paper coverings for the tables, none of that gross / shared sheet / towel action like some places.

-Nice little decorative fake fireplace in the room that does make electric heat. I hate cold massage rooms.

-Asian therapist had unusually good English.

-Very good quality massage, more or less (almost) on par as a legit place like Heavenly Massage or Massage Envy.

BAD:

-Also like Massage Envy, I was swathed / swaddled / covered / smothered / wrapped / mummified / mega-draped the entire time. Never more than 1/4 butt cheek exposed. Was so Over-Draped that all she saw was my oversized cranium and giant feet. (maybe she was just scared, thought she was having a Yeti sighting).

-Asian therapist likes to USE her good English (talked a lot more than I would have liked. Hard to zone out / relax if they are too talky in my opinion).

-Price: the ad states $49/ hour, which I asked for, and was told "no, it's 60". (Bummer!) So I bit my tongue and paid it. 60 isn't bad, but please don't advertise 49 $.

-Baby oil. Didn't use real massage oil, I didn't care for smelling like a baby's butt when I got in the car. (Looked at the bottle when she left the room. Yep. Baby Oil.).

-Two foot-massage style chaise lounges in front in the open. Generally not a good sign.

-Offshoot of Anna's. On paper that's good, and is what lured me in. However, there were absolutely NO hints that extras, and I'm always looking for the signs. Zilch. Nada. No soft touch before the flip; no "accidental" brushes with the Boys. No boobs-on-the-head when she's massaging your back and leaning into it. No abdomen / upper thigh massage action that can be "accidentally" arousing. No teasing, no giggling, no annoying pushing of DIY, simply, no nothing. Like going to Massage Envy, except Asian, and less fancy inside. Didn't see any showers or table showers. The whole vibe was VERY therapeutic and very non-sensual. Maybe they're just super LE conscious at this location, or a YMMV thing, or just the specific therapist I got. There were 1-2 others that I heard but didn't see.

Don't mean to say this was a bad place or bad experience. It's actually pretty good; it's just not what I expected and not what I was looking for, today. I wanted Massage Parlor action and I got Massage Envy instead. And I didn't comment on her looks, because she was rather non-descript. Not hot, not ugly, not old, but not young either. Boring unisex clothing as well, black pants / T shirt uniform. I suppose she could be cute if she was trying to, but was definitely not trying to.

I went there this afternoon. I confirm everything said before, with some minor differences, noted below.

Actually I called Anna first. She confirmed on the phone they are trying a new idea. Their basic idea is professional body massage + foot massage to appeal to a broader clientele. I decided not to visit. Then changed my mind and went. Wouldn't you know it Anna was sitting at the desk. We spoke for a little while as I waited for the MT to finish another client. It was going to be a 20 minute wait, so Anna took me into the room and started the massage herself. I've been teasing her about that, and said, "Finally, my fantasy is coming true. " For the record, she's a cool person, but massage was not really at the level of a real MT. In contrast to the other report below, I was not swaddled. Just a token draping. The real MT came in a few minutes later. Tiny (30-35 year old) woman named "Linda" with a nice smile. Limited English, but fortunately, I was able to converse in Chinese (at a Cave man level of proficiency). The draping was nominal. Her massage was very strong, especially for such a tiny person. But legit. I got the $49 rate. $25 tip. I will return, because it is convenient to a bar I like (Bill's Pizza) and because I like Anna and now I like Linda. Good place for a legit massage. Bob.

A Massage shop shut down about two months ago. On Rt 12 just south of the Walmart. I think the location was too big, therefore too much overhead. But there are no AMPs in the area. Bob.

Had some time and was in the area so I thought I'd give the new place in Lakevilla a chance. Massage was very good quality head to haggle a bit to get the discounted price of 55, but they did give me that. I had just run a marathon the previous Sunday and was in need of a real massage, and they delivered. Nice and deep it tight spots but no hints of play. On the flip she worked all around the good parts, but said "you" when I put her hand where I want it up. She gave and asked me to be quiet and deliver to mechanical finish. Would go back for A massage, not so sure if he was worth it.

The good is that they are always a FS deal but the bad can be poor quality performance and looks for sure. These places only get my business as either a quick fix since I know what I can expect and be out in 30 minutes, no bs. Or they are a last resort when I got the serious itch and no luck with any of my other outlets.

Should be noted there are two in Grayslake close to each other. The one "0319" has been the better experience for me over the years. They only offer one hour time slots. The other one offers half hour as well for 130 which certainly saves some scratch.

There are much better apartment experiences down by Ohare which they talk about on the Chicago forum. Some of those are some high quality experiences from what I've read though I have never personally experienced it. I personally prefer to hunt down in the sewers with the likes of you guys in stead.

Getting a little bored with Cozy, and Ginny at Pine is on "vacation" , usually code word for "quit", so I decided to give Green a try. Not a bad location, off the main road and enough out of the way.

Place is kind of small, and no shower. Had Maggie, very sweet lady. Very nice massage and standard finish. Don't think I will be a regular, but can see myself going back. $65 at the door and $40 tip.
