Here is my fictional short story assignment for the week.

I probably would have done the same as you, but that said it probably was not a sting related to her, just the fact that she got in your car tells me she is not LE, even Sheriff Joke isn't that dumb (well maybe he is) but LE will usually never let an undercover get in a car with you, they always try to get you to meet in the room.
