The WHIO posting is a little old. It actually happened back in late September.
As the times change, I wouldn't be surprised that LE is running decoy's into the local no tell motels. It would give them ammunition to close it down. It won't be long til they move on to another no tell motel after they close down the Royal.

On MSNBC they showed exactly the tactics used by LE to put mongers in jail. Sure the report was from CA, but any PD follows the same tactics.
First off, the reason mongering is a crime because, according to LE, all SW are either abused or drug addicts. Apparently, no SW is doing this out of their own free will.
Since we are paying the SW for their services, we are the root of this problem. In theory, if we stopped paying, the SW's would disappear and the world would be a much safer and cleaner place.

Here are some tips to post reports:
1. If you had an empty run, go ahead and post where you were driving. If your drive was successful, be very vague on location info.
2. Before sharing info on private messages, read through the members previous posts to make sure they are legit.
3. Help fellow members out, as long as they are putting their time and effort into this social service.
Let's help people out. We are helping out society, instead of destroying it.

And what the cops don't seem to understand, the root of it is drugs. Get rid of the dealers(who are the pimps), then the SWs will disappear, then the mongers will disappear. It doesn't work the other way around. If you arrest the mongers, the drugs, SWs and property crime will still be there.
If I was the new mayor, I would aggressively pursue the drug dealers aka pimps. If they are in jail, they can not turn out any new girls. There would be less addicts, male and female, due the decreased availability of drugs. If they really wanted to, they could cut in half the illegal drug industry in Dayton in a week. But that would not be good for LE job security, now would it? I have posted specific locations of crackhouses, several times and if LE does monitor this board, they do nothing.
