If you get bad service and don't tell the owners you have no one to blame but yourself. Maybe they would have had someone else just give you a massage so you would leave a happy customer. I'm not coming down on you but I think you will understand what I'm saying. Remeber it's your money.

I suspect some folks are better able to voice concerns, not only at MP's, but other places as well. Example.

There are some that if they get a bad meal at a resturaunt, they're able to tactfully say something. I'm the type that leaves, and vows not to go back.
