Nice post, AZ. I did not see anything that good when I drove the boulv. from Texas to I-15 after work until about 5:45 yesterday. The best thing I saw was a latin SW in tight jeans and heels. I stoped to talk with her but she would not get in the car. That is never a good thing and, sure enough, she wanted $150. Said her name was Sally and then I realized it was Alize from the photos which have been posted here. She turned down anything less and since she is out a lot, she must do okay. (I know, Hizark, "just say no" to high prices.) I've looked at the prior posts and photos to get up to speed but did not recognize her at first in pants and with brown hair. The photos really help. Thanks to all of the guys who contribute. Maybe I'll snap a few when I get a digital. The craigslist photos help too. AZ, some may give you heat for paying $1 but I think you scored. I saw a lot of activity by the check cashing place by Hollywood Video but then a cop car made an agressive U-turn and the girls scattered. They must know the drill. They looked like the locals from the photos posted. Three black sws in minis and Diamond. Diamond looked pretty good to me. I like the slutty look. I called it quits when the cop car parked and waited and other two or three other cop cars were driving up and down the blvd. I guess I gotta do a night run.

Stopped at new library near SDSU and surfed the web. Decided to to check east ecb again. Met this one blonde wsw named Diamond near 72nd and & ecb around 8pm. The blonde's name was Diamond. Also saw this other blonde named Crystal near Starbucks after dropping off Diamond. Stopped to check out her looks and get ph#. Crystal was only about a 6 or so and she had no ph#. Headed back to west ecb and saw the usual sw's.

Sometimes you run into these younger sw's who are careless. These sw's can get you busted so, keep your guard up when you are with them.

There have been too many sting and pimps hanging around the Berkshire. I am very uncomfortable going to that hotel. I would not be suprised if the managers have standing orders to call the cops.

Yeah Needsmore. I saw the same action on that corner (southside Iowa/ECB). Cops had a tow truck there taking someones car away. Saw Diamond's suv parked at the corner too. Plenty of BSW action a couple of blocks away, but I don't mess with that. Didn't see Alize but wasnt looking either. Gonna be out tonight. See if any new WSW gonna be out. Seems they come out at night due to the heat/ both from weather and LE. I will keep you guys updated on action.

No I have not been with either sw' you mentioned. I am fairly picky.

As an "overnight" guest in a house, hotel, motel, etc., you are afforded the same protections as if it were your home. Meaning you have a reasonable expectation of privacy and the police cannot encroach upon your privacy UNLESS they have a search warrant. Thus, even if the police see you walking into a motel with an SW they cannot get into that room without a warrant. DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR IF THEY COME KNOCKIN! If you answer the door you are fucking up! If you DO NOT answer the door they have to go through the formal process of getting a warrant. Likely not to happen---LE got bigger fish to fry!

Motel owners can call the police, however, this does not defeat the search warrant requirement. Now if LE gets the motel owner to open the door---you may be cited or or even arrested, however, your attorney will vindicate you after a pre-trial evidentiary hearing invoking your 4th Amendment right to unreasonable search and seizure. There are some limited exceptions to this general rule. Hope this helps!!!!

As long as they have no proof of the act of solicitation, couldn't I just claim its a girl I picked up on the street, bought her a few drinks, and then she wanted to have sex with me? Outlandish I know, but that's how the legal system works really: no proof, no conviction.

Am I right or wrong? I know a good place on ECB that I've used, say, six times in a row or so, the first few times I always felt the guy there didn't like me, one time he pointed at the girl and told me not to give her the keys and to bring it back myself, but the last time I was checking out, the guy smiled at me, gave me a thumbs up, and asked me if I had a good time, I smiled and said yes and thanked him.

Hope this helps!!!![/QUOTE]Problem is You have to at one point leave and chances are good the s/w will not want to wait it out, nor do most people want to have a confrontation with the cops, in the end if the cops CLAIM that they had a good reason to belive a crime was occuring i.e. rape, they can have the owner who also does not want problems with le to open the door, or they can kick it in which are usaully the options they are given. In the end you might be fucked. In a perfect world we have all these protections in the real world every cop is working to get around them. and unless you have clear evidence to back up your claims, or alot of time and money it is best to avoid having any problems at all stick with the motels that cater to our habits.

Thanks for the info. I' d like the honor myself except I have not seen her out again (or the other blonde). With some exceptions, I have not had too much luck returning another day to find out-of-town girls. When you see something good, I think you have to factor in the luck you'll need to hit it later. What kills me is when you see something good and don't have the time or coin to make it happen right then.

The cost, time and embarrassment involved in protecting your rights can be substantial and cops rely on this. When I was younger, I lived in a rent-controlled college town. A buddy of mine had sublet his apartment to some hippies for the summer. The hippies paid him $50 of the rent and then got a local tenant rights organization to tell my buddy that as long as they had paid anything to him, he could not get them evicted unless he went through the courts which would take 30 to 60 days and give the hippies free use of his place during that time.

My buddy called the cops and a pot-bellied sheriff showed up, right out of a Smoky and the Bandit movie. The hippies started telling the sheriff their rights when he said, "I dont' care. If you're not out of here in 30 minutes, I'm arresting you." The hippies packed up and I learned a lesson about the real world.

Cops that disregard the law can still get into trouble. Some people have the money and incentive to fight it. I remember in the late 1990's there was a $200,000 judgment awarded to the owner of Thad's Sex Club after he sued city officials, including police officers, for illegally harassing him and customers of his sex club.

It was busy in NC Thurs night. There was some social meeting at the Mexican Cafe. A lot of pimps and mostly bsw's. There was one Asian SW which I find pretty rare in SD County. The action seems to go from 630 - 10pm.

What cops do in the field is not the same as legal protection. Cops can do whatever they damn well please in the field (i.e. look at Rampart). Legal protection is invoking yoour rights in a court of law. It is what happens post arrest at your prelim and pre-trial evidentiary hearings. If you don't have the money that is no excuse because you can get a public defender. If you don't have the time that is a bullshit excuse because your lawyer will do all the work. All you do is give the facts and we solve your problem. How fucken hard is that!
