On Fri-Sat you could go around 2-3 am (so technically sat-sun morning) and possibly find decent chicks there. Even 5 am was ok. You will likely not find anything top tier, but with so many girls there you're bound to find something.
If that doesn't work, you could go the escort route. Get a love motel, schedule a date (as early as 10 or 11 am) and GTFO of Mexico ASAP so that you don't miss the 5 pm deadline.
Personally I'd Do one or the other on a given day (not both). So yes, it is realistic to have a stellar time even with time limits.
