Like many of you, I sit watching the evening news in horror as rude, ignorant and inconsiderate people completely ignore all social norms of being polite and considerate to others as they step over other shoppers, even haul off and hit flight attendants and others on planes, forcing landings and delaying other people's travel. 2-I don't know where or how you got the idea that "It's not like that around here".

So I went to you Spa as I hadn't been there for a long time.
The only available lady was Cindy, which I believe was in her 40's.
