If you are under control and the provider takes American Express, you can buy an Ala Moana gift card with your credit card for a $6 handling fee ($500 maximum per gift card). It works like an American Express card but only until it runs out. Great way to not give out a permanent credit card number. Good for online subscriptions that might continue charging even after cancelling.

Personally I never used or will never ever use plastic in an AMP, in fact I always tell my friends never to use plastic at a strip club or hostess bar either. Always pay in cash. Keep the concept of "cash and carry" or "cash and go" in mind, this way there will be no paper trail leading you to illegal activities and no confusion. I've seen many disputes by (drunk and sober) mongers versus hostess bars regarding settling their bar tab discrepancies. Not a good position to be in, especially if you're drunk out of your mind. Looking for a little advice gents.
I will be staying in Ko Olina for about a week and moving to Waikiki for three additional. I know where most of the hot spots are in waikiki but I'm not looking to drive 30-45 minutes pending traffic just to get a nut off. Can anyone recommend something closer or a delivery service that does outcalls just to get me through that first week?

Something just crossed my mind and I wanted your feedback on it. When I first started mongering this was my problem, I would see an AMP girl and we would trade numbers. Go out with her places and suddenly, you don't know what the f this is. Are we just a business transaction, are you just needing attention other than sexual, are you just bored in the AMP and need someone to take you around. Am I the only one your are going out with or how many other guys are you doing the same thing to. Are you picking your top 5 guys to do extracurricular activites with or only me? A big mind game. Now I just fuck then leave and keep everything between an AMP girl pure business. Even had mama ask me one time, is that your gf? And I didn't know what to say.
