At any place, each visit might unfold differently so I don't want to overgeneralize, but overall I would say that the place you visited is known for the 120 to 140 price point. Its easy to visit, usually many options, and you can get in and out for 120 to 140.

The problem as you mentioned is that if you're looking for more and better service, such as BBFS or BBBJ to completion and CIM, this is a custom-order, because none of this is the default option there. And with limited oversight, it's easy for the girl to assume that you're a one and done guest so she will see what she can get.

Geisha Garden is in Flushing, which has the most top FS establishments. GG is ok depending on who you get to see but IMO there are many better options. Recently my best visits in Flushing have been at Pink Angels (saw Kiki) and BunnyGirls (saw Mango), but obviously each visit unfolds as it unfolds.

Hopefully others will also add their suggestions in time for your visit.
