BTW just want to say thanks to Incog and Mex who I think are the best posters on this site. Love the details guys we need more like you. You both are the reason why I first started my own journey with strippers. Read all your guys post before I decided to venture out on my own. I don't post much on this forum, and typically I'm not a fan of all the back and forth regarding the valet. BUT I went to flight club yesterday at 5:30 over into shift change. I set a trap for the valet by placing papers lined up a certain way in my center console. When they brought my car up, I checked and sure enough the papers were shuffled around. I didn't notice anything missing, but that's not saying there wasn't. They certainly would have more time to look on the slow days. Next time I will either request to park my own car or make sure it's empty of anything stealable. It's been many months since I've been to a valet club, now I'm glad of that.
As far as the club went, there was nothing to write home about. There were a couple skinny ones, the rest were average. I'm a fan of small boobs, but it fun to watch some well done man mades bouncing around on stage. It's noticeable after going to other clubs for so long. I did see the veteran Ariel (Hustler Club, Players day shift) who I used to have a thing for, but she's thickened up quite a bit. Overall a nice quiet day at Flight.

Getting out of a long dinner meeting Monday night in Dearborn I decided to take up the advice of another monger here on the boards and check out BT's. Haven't been to this club in years and remember there being VIP booths on the far left of the main area. Must have went through a remodel at some point because it looks totally different. Anyways, valet tried to haggle me to give up my keys. Told the guys I wasn't into that and asked if there was a free parking area somewhere. Eventually the guy told me there's a parking lot next door that doesn't get monitored after 8:00 (it was almost 9:00 so score there).
Got settled into a booth and after about 5 minutes I was greeted by a younger blond with gigantic real boobs. Super chatty, a little thick in aLL the right places and was pretty much one of the only good looking girls there at the place out of the 6 or so that were working. Yes it must be tough keeping a DJ these days as they are truly driving away business with their crappy music, I like modern dance music but that is hardly even played anymore at the clubs, just hard rap so I'm not sure know what clientele they are aiming at, H8 is the worst and I may never go back there just because the music is so bad, the female DJ plays what she wants to hear not what she thinks customers would like, LS and FC are become totally rap oriented.
A couple Fridays back I stopped at Henry's. Arrived around 6 pm. The selection of ladies wasn't the best that I've seen it. After a while of sitting with no interaction with the ladies, a cute white girl came on stage. She was probably in her mid to late 20's, pretty tight body, nice, perky tits, cute face, light brown hair. I tipped her and she came over and sat with me after her set. I had trouble hearing her, but it sounded like her name was Yelana?

When it's the same genre over and over again it becomes a whole lot of white noise after a while and slightly ruins the experience for me. I would just love to hear a dance or a pop song once in a while something or anything I might know.
As for the DJ's, I used to know a few of them back in the early 00's and most of them just had a playlist on autopilot most of the time. Must of have been a super awesome gig to just sit there, occasionally turn down the music to announce the next girl and then go back to doing whatever. But my guess is that a lot of the DJ's now are kind of the same way these days (just create a playlist of 100+ songs and hit shuffle). The majority of Flight Club girls dance at the other clubs, so you just pay more them at Flight Club. If your used to Henrys or Boggies it will be a step up in talent, although still you will find ex Flight Club and future Flight Club dancers in both of those clubs.

The response I always got was a mix of "very rarely (if at all)" to "I've been known to sample the goods from time to time". I guess it really depends on the club, clientele and caliber of girls working there.
EX: Used to know the head DJ at Flight Club on a pretty personal basis and that dude was married with kids and pretty much said in no uncertain terms "I wouldn't fuck these bitches with your dick" and then I knew a guy that was one of the DJ's at Players that got sucked off in the DJ booth as part of his "tip out" one night. On the one hand, $200 for a shift ain't bad for side gig work, especially where the scenery ain't bad. I don't think it's bad hearing the same songs over and over when you're controlling them. If anything, you're more comfortable when you know what to expect than when you play new stuff you're not familiar with yet. You get nervous when you've downloaded a new track that it's going to throw a file error or do something weird the first time you play it. With the familiar ones, you know when you can take a bathroom break.
On the other hand, a wedding DJ can pull $1,500 per gig easily. Granted, that includes hauling gear and lights and whatnot, so it's much more of a PITA than being someplace with a permanent setup. Still, if that's what the DJ is making, even after tips and whatnot, you're not going to get a lot of serious DJs doing the club thing.
As far as the girls go, I imagine it's not all that different than it is as a customer or at any other workplace: Some you wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole. Some, you grow to like their personality as much as their look. Some, you're probably like, "Hell yeah, I would. " The only difference is, this is a workplace where being DTF [I]is[/I] the ladies' business, though there may be some level of the ladies not wanting to do business with their co-workers.
I'm guessing a lot of the DJs also get to see the sides of the business we don't get to see as much as customers: The girls who do their drugs in the club. The personalities that are a lot uglier than the ones they use to sell room time. And so on.
It's probably one of those things that sounds better in theory than it is in reality. That said, just like clubbing from a customer's perspective, there are probably some gems out there that could be worth it.

The toughest part about day shift is getting over the stigma you're going to a strip club during the day and not doing something more productive with your life. If you can get past that mental block, though, it's fine. It's not like we're running around advertising we're mongers to everyone we know.
The big thing is the vibe is far more chill. The music is usually quieter and slower. No light shows or fog machines. It's more normal for dancers to sit and talk with you for a while during day shift before you decide to go back for services, which I like.
The customer number is usually small enough to count on two hands, sometimes one. It's typically an older crowd with a few retirees, but also a few younger guys with nothing better to do or businessmen escaping doing actual work. Go to a nicer club and lunch will be good, though not on the cheap side. Customers are usually there for the girls, perhaps a favorite dancer, and intend to spend. Some may be relaxing because they're already spent, so to speak, waiting on a particular girl or just there to be away from the world for a while.
The dancer number is lower accordingly, too, but that doesn't mean the quality falls off. In fact, I'd argue the median and average dancer quality improves. A lot of dancers -- good ones, hot ones, ones who know what they're doing and ones who might more so enjoy the job than do it because they need to -- prefer the day shift. Some dancers don't like dealing with the drunken, disrespectful party element at night that doesn't spend, or like the older daytime crowd because it's easier-going, friendlier and typically more cash-flush. It's especially true if a dancer has a regular they know will come in consistently. Some places don't even do stage shows during the day, or if they do, they're very chill and sensual, which some dancers like.
As it is in the Detroit metro area, there are a lot of variables about sessions that depend on the girl and the club. For the most part, there's two ways it works: If it's a non-extras girl, you'll probably be expected to pay by the dance or for a block of time. If it's an extras girl, it depends. Often times, said ladies will ask for a certain amount for the room, then a certain amount for whatever service she's providing, and say they'll cover the song number. Many a good debate has been had about the merits of negotiating those things up front versus when the little head might be doing the thinking while things are getting hot and heavy; find other discussions about that elsewhere. Alternatively, sometimes they'll say you need to cover each song, too, but not often.
Whatever, though, if you're taking more than 30 minutes to do what you wanted to do, you better tip well. At the end of the day, her time is her money, and even if there's six or seven possible booths, there might be something particular about the one you're using that another dancer could be waiting on it with a big spender. So while your dancer may prefer not to rush, and know you don't want to be rushed, she probably isn't going to want you to dilly-dally, either. If she does have time to kill just talking and wants to do it with you, both she and the club would probably rather you did it at the bar or a table.
So if you're thinking an "unlimited session" means you can camp out from lunch until the night shift, no. But it also shouldn't feel rushed, either. You can probably get a good feel for the lady's pacing by your interaction before going upstairs. Assuming services were negotiated, I find it's nice to take a couple songs to get normal dances to just kind of flirt and warm up, then get to business. If you two are really vibing, then maybe you're there a while longer. No big deal. But generally speaking, you're there to receive a service, you receive it, and you go.
One of my all-time best experiences with a dancer came with an older southern belle blonde during day shift at a Detroit club who was still in damn good shape. Too long ago for me to remember the name, sadly. She said I reminded her of the good things about her ex she had a few kids with, which she liked. The more we did, the more she wanted to do, such that she basically talked me into FS. She out-and-out said she was done with night shift at that stage of her career. There are merits to day shift.

Many a good debate has been had about the merits of negotiating those things up front versus when the little head might be doing the thinking while things are getting hot and heavy; find other discussions about that elsewhere. Alternatively, sometimes they'll say you need to cover each song, too, but not often.
Whatever, though, if you're taking more than 30 minutes to do what you wanted to do, you better tip well. At the end of the day, her time is her money, and even if there's six or seven possible booths, there might be something particular about the one you're using that another dancer could be waiting on it with a big spender. So while your dancer may prefer not to rush, and know you don't want to be rushed, she probably isn't going to want you to dilly-dally, either. If she does have time to kill just talking and wants to do it with you, both she and the club would probably rather you did it at the bar or a table.
So if you're thinking an "unlimited session" means you can camp out from lunch until the night shift, no. But it also shouldn't feel rushed, either. You can probably get a good feel for the lady's pacing by your interaction before going upstairs. Assuming services were negotiated, I find it's nice to take a couple songs to get normal dances to just kind of flirt and warm up, then get to business. If you two are really vibing, then maybe you're there a while longer. No big deal. But generally speaking, you're there to receive a service, you receive it, and you go.
One of my all-time best experiences with a dancer came with an older southern belle blonde during day shift at a Detroit club who was still in damn good shape. Too long ago for me to remember the name, sadly. She said I reminded her of the good things about her ex she had a few kids with, which she liked. I wish I had known about Winter at Bogart's. She made an offer for 6 dances for $. As soon as we got to the VIP, she demanded the $ upfront. That should've been my warning to leave. But, dumb me I stayed. After 3 songs of air dances, she was done. After I pointed it out it was only 3, she reluctantly did one more. After that, she demanded a tip. I gave her a 5 and she said she wants more and tips are not optional. That's when I said no. She then went to the VIP doorman said we made a deal for $60 and only received $55. When I disputed her claim, she said the deal was $$ and I short changed her.
When I spoke to a few other people there, they all said to watch out for her. And that was not her first rodeo. In the end, I guess I didn't get taken too bad. But, the warning signs were there and I just didn't follow them.

When she whined to the bouncer I'd say "she wanted the money in advance so I changed my mind". No matter what, you could say "I'm leaving", and leave, since your car keys are in your pocket and your coat is on (unlike some other clubs).

By my gorilla math that's like $10 k per month? I'm sure the O. F. Wedsite takes a percentage but still that's not a bad monthly salary. I also found an AA dancer from Colli and Truth that has over 2600 monthly subscribers at $10 per month. Is the reason why the top tier girls are all disappearing from the clubs that they are on O. F. And we are left with the rest?

Not in my experience. Unless you are familiar with strippers who save their earning in a bank account. Covid forced all these girls to do * to survive because they didn't have any money saved. A few of them have continued to do it.
Clearly the money can be good, but the thing of it is that * takes work, and most girls don't make very much doing it.
Even better news is that girls who choose to be strippers most lack the organization and discipline to run a money making website, and being able to earn cash in the VIP whenever they want means new girl starting stripping now, are much less likely to be on * and Seeking Arrangements. This was a one off event and I am seeing more and more new talent in the clubs.

She said one thing before we entered the VIP and things changed after. Yes, she demand money before. I did not take the hint and walk. Stay away from her.

Description sounds kinda accurate for both. Bogarts Winter ripped me off in a very similar way. We settled on an agreement, she started, but was super distracted. When things weren't working she bailed and said she owed me next time. I at least didn't get into an argument. Just decided to never talk to her again. She sucks.

She deceived me after agreeing to something and taking my money. The worst part was, she had the audacity to say I misunderstood and she will willing to do what we agreed upon if I give her more money. Never again.

I have two friends who went after my encounter with her and they one said he would not repeat and the other said maybe he would repeat.
