I'm in Oakland this weekend, lots and lots of talent on the stroll. My biggest problem was selecting which one I wanted, made a couple of trips up an down, met two very nice possibilities but kept looking, didn't want to take the first one I saw then drive down the street and see the one I really want while the other is in my car. So I spot "the one", it's pretty busy out there so I know I have to act quickly to get to her. Have to go around the corner, spot her but she give me a strange look, turns away and starts running away! I often see them ignore me or walk away because I'm a black guy but this girl looked terrified. Then I understood why when I get hit with those red and blue lights behind me. Damn!!

I pull over, was asked if I knew why I was pulled over, he told me I did't come to a complete stop at the sign! Asks for my info and starts telling me about the area how rough it is, etc, etc. Never accused me of mongering so I took the opportunity and told him I knew all about the area and was looking for a family member that was seen out there on the streets, he asked me a few questions trying to trip me up but I answered without hesitation. He goes back to the car, comes back and tells me he's going to cut me a break and not give me a ticket since I'm looking for a family member. He then even tells a location I might also want to look! Now I have a free pass to cruise without worry!

Smooth man. I may steal this as I don't get along with my family and would LOVE for it to get back to a sibling that her lovong brother was out searching for her on the stroll. Hhahaha.

I'm a blogger and part time photographer. I keep a press pass in my pocket at all time. Just post in and Vance on your website (which I have) about the current story your doing. Say your interviewing for the truth on local items. Like amount who use drugs etc. I have got away this way before. The officer did look at my website then I noticed after I did an article applauding the police for good intervention after the stop my views went up.

So with a bit of real and some intervention and planning I got the free pass. I told them I was paying for interviews. I had to do an article from it though to save my ass but it worked. Got laid and they actually said they would be scarce for an hour to let me have better pickings. That day I got an 8 instead I'd a 6 like normal. But it's officer interpretation. He did quiz me on cameras and why I choose Canon over others. I get that at the airport also when getting my extra photo bag pass the checkpoint with my press pass on top f it.

Have answers ready. In my case I deluged the officer and he just wanted me to shut up about cameras.

Saw this Latina walking trip this morning. Didn't stop due to being in my work truck.

Here's a bit of a gem on Trop. Recently, I stopped at the Chevron across the street from BK. I saw her pacing back and forth in front of the place acting a little off but made little of it. The only thing that made it stand out was that she's a little cleaner and better looking than the usual druggies out there with a banging body.

A few hours later I stopped over near there again and once again she was pacing back and forth in the area. I went up to her and she acted mildly startled even though she saw me coming. I asked her how she was doing and she seemed a little out of it for a second. I asked her if she needed some cold water since she seemed like she'd been outside in this hot weather for some time. She asked me why being nice and I told her I'm just doing her a favor and maybe she could do me a favor. She got the hint and told me she's not fucking me. I told her that's not what I want and she told me she's not sucking my dick either. Good thing since I'm down for option 3. After she finished up I poured some water over her hands and had her wipe up. What a strange encounter. She'd really be something if it weren't for her picking wounds and tweaker behavior. As I was leaving I rolled down the window to say bye and she turned and walked briskly away.
