You can create a virtual, one-time use credit card number that automatically closes once it's ran. You can put in any fake name and address into SA and it'll come back valid. I use this site for free trials on all kinds of things. The only downside is that it has to be linked with a valid debit card or checking account and will show up at the W8 thing on your statement, so don't use it on an account that a significant other has access to seeing the transaction history of.
