I had a couple of hours to kill this morning before a long drive out of town for work. Been so hot in this area, personally missed the Polo situation by a day. Wanted to scope other spots out. Saw LE in parking lots outside of Ljs, Ocean, and Genito all within an hour of each other. Before noon.
Lots of reasons for LE to be in a parking lot. Still too hot down here for my taste.
Been out of the game for a while after catching covid about a year ago. First, went to Choctaw as I didn't want to go too far a field as previous trips ended in disappointing trips. Didn't ask name, but tall, slender, As, probably late 40's. Massage was good, on flip there was no negotiations and otc top roaming only. After she complained I only tipped $. 4 because she "allowed" the limited roam. Not likely to return.
A few weeks back, I stopped by healing in Midlo and was offered a male attendant, I declined and left. Time was limited, so I bagged the day.
Last trip to Ljs was over a year ago, then they were closed for an extended period, and it looked permanent, has that changed? Based on other posts it appears they've returned. I tried to find 3rd (I believe owned by the same people as Ljs) but I've always failed. I know the parking lot, but can't figure which of the nearby doors is theirs. If someone is willing to share, I'd appreciate it.
Planning on hitting mountain, tomorrow. Last time was a couple of years back and had a decent time with an older masseuse.

Went to 3rd at an odd hour of the day and drew Amie. She was ready to go as soon as I got in the door and we got to business very quickly.

This is the same owner for those familiar with ATC (aka Ollies), but it is a new place. Just opened this week, and I've visited a couple of times already.
One girl is working now and will have two next week (after Chinese New Year). Girls are in their mid-late 30's. Three rooms for massages plus bathroom and kitchen. A tad bit smaller than the other place.
Standard HE right now, although YMMV if you are a previous customer.

FYI, that's a private paved alley / parking lot next to, behind and around the building which is not owned by the 3rd street building owners. Parking in that lot is a no no and will draw attention because apparently the lot owners do see who parks there. I know this because years ago I was told not to park there when I asked, just saying. I'm speculating that's why a marked car was there due to a complaint?
Hopefully it dies down quickly and goes back to the way it was.

To further the discussion: Lee Flower and I think Cloud busts caused Chesterfield County administrators to revise county "Massage Clinic" ordinances which passed end of September 2023. If you are facing the front of the building from the street he was on the left side.

Went looking for relaxation the other day. Polo and Green were busy. Greeted at Cosily by an unappealing lady so did not stay. Made my way up to Choctaw. Shocked that I was met at door by a fairly stunning lady. However, got the old bait and switch after I got prepared. Attendant was still moderately attractive, but probably a bit older. As for the massage, it was just run of the mill. Damage was. 6/. 4 . In retrospect, should have bailed after my earlier failures.

Polo used to be under radar and everytime I have visited it was the best experience. Especially when they were free I had a 4 hands thrown free for regulars. LOL. Staying away from that direction for atleast 6 months.
Went to the bank for withdrawal. Since polo is a no go for me for awhile. Got Cindy fairly attractive nice set tiny ass. Great massage tons of teasing. Flip negotiation began, every came off. Been out of the game for a few weeks trying to let the official activity die down but got the urge the other day so I headed down to healing. Trying to avoid arrestafield and Henrico. Drew Vivi, had a very pleasant time. Nice body, good finish, good massage. One complaint is that the phone was ringing off the hook while I was there, which was distracting.

On a side note. I always text ahead to schedule a time to swing by and the owner even commented on the message how crazy the day was. I decided to walk the area a little early given the uncle report. Now I'm not trying to discourage anyone from going there but you dudes need to chill the hell out. I decided to hang out down the block and just observe since I had time before when I scheduled and 4 of you guys including one of you twice went to the door standing there ringing the bell in the span of roughly 15 minutes and then while I was in there 3 times the bell was rung. Keep it up fellas and you are going to ruin it for everyone.
Visited yesterday afternoon. $50 for HH. Only one person working who was outside smoking when I arrived. Older lady. No body shape at all. Long story short overall experience 2/10. Parking lot is very visible. Small office rooms. Jack hammer finish. Unhappy with my $40 donation. Might give it another shot in a few weeks after reading more ladies may arrive.

It was pretty nasty either way. Maybe that day was way too crazy XD. But it could also be that the meowth was off limits due to the odor. Like I said I could not tell were it was coming from. Yo that lickiton game was among the best ngl. Really playful. The rocking motion on my digglet. Everything. And her face is actually cute. Her body meh. But that meowth? Nah forget about it! As far as Kitty smell she unfortunately jumped in 69 position as if I wanted to taste. She did it so fast after she tapped out receiving digglet for an extended period LOL. I'm not tasting anything but no smell was present. Outside anime, tapping out, and putting that cat in my face it was a good experience. You guys do need to stop popping up and text or call to set up an appointment. For you get all of us jammed up.

Here is my experience.
LEO visits are primarily the result of compliants from neighboring businesses or individuals. In this case, the Chinese restaurant next door had filed a complaint. LEO was primarily interested in proper licensing and human trafficking violations. They will check for proper business licenses, health permits and individual MT licenses for the ladies. They will talk to the MT's and ask routine questions about their experience and background. This assumes of course they speak english. They will ask the owner / manager questions about the business, what services are offered and at what cost.
The owner of the shop will receive summons (tickets) for not having the proper licenses / permits and any unlicensed MT will receive a summons. They will have a court date assigned and will have to appear; very similar to receiving a traffic violation in your car.
LEO already has a pretty good idea of what goes on in the shop; they do read these forums. They did not come into the rooms, but knocked and told the patrons to get dressed and come to the lobby.
There were two of us there. The other guy appeared to have a nervous breakdown or something similar. They had to call an ambulance and took him to the hospital. I was detained in the lobby and observed most of what was going on.
The senior investigator turned out to be a fellow Marine vet. He asked me to step outside the shop and over to his car. We talked a few minutes about our time in the Corps. Then asked "off the record" what was going on. Told him I went there for massage and HE, but had just gotten there so was still in the massage phase. He asked about pricing and tips. He already knew, but asked anyway. He finally said if I wanted a piece of ass, go to Tijuana. I laughed and told him no way. "dangerous down there". He agreed then let me go. I had told him my name, but he never asked for any I'd.
The ironic thing was several of the bystanders on the sidewalk though I was one of the cops and asked me questions about what was going on. I just said "no comment" and got in my car and left.
No body appeared to be arrested, but several ladies got tickets for providing massage services without a license. All in all, it was an interesting experience.

But the logical evolution if it's determined that during the LEO visit illicit actives took place by what ever means they discovered; the repercussions for the patrons who where at the MP during the LEO visit may be charged with Frequent a Bawdy Place and or Solicitation, in Virginia a Class 1 Misdemeanor.
A quick review: I was in the Mountainous area very recently a decided to call ahead to see if they had any guides available to help me hump my way up the mountain. Told not busy; got there; I'm really not very picky and have somewhat lower than average standards to a cutoff point; earlier crypt keeper review was correct, I had to leave.
Just a word of advice to everyone else, as any lawyer worth his salt will tell you: don't talk to the cops in a situation like this and sure as hell don't tell them you were there for a HE. Nothing is "off the record" with cops. Don't incriminate yourself or ruin it for the rest of us.

My situation was unique because of the common bond with the investigator. YMMV.
See a guy that worked at a Foot Reflexology place on Robious Rd got popped for sexual assault of a female patron. They also issued summons to unlicensed female workers. So as usual get your head on a swivel and don't be surprised if more random licensing checks pop up.

I went there once on a recommendation for a good sports massage. They have a whole wall full of chairs. People sitting in chairs getting foot massages. Facing the various massage rooms. Each room has a cloth curtain. Almost no privacy.
Best I could tell, most of the massage "the rapists" were men. When I was there. Big sign said to keep knickers on during session.
Problem is this place was even crappy for a regular massage.
And when I walked into the massage room. About 2/3 rds of the foot massage chairs were filed with old women getting their digits dingled.
