With GRPD, I think they're more concerned with making sure the local hobos don't break into cars than they are of the local escorts. You can get a burner phone for $20 at Walmart and the like, associated with TracPhone. Not too much more if you want to fruitfully use it beyond text & calling. Combine that with TextNow, and you're set. You don't have to be thrown in the clink to run into real po-po trouble that you want to avoid. Best to just isolate your hobby away from everything else.
