I'm starting to think that this is not the original crystal.

Previously when you called there was a girl that answered the phone for her and did her appointment setting. Now she answers the phone directly. This could be any number of things. Perhaps she left an agency and went solo? Idk. Also she used to have the posts taken down by 7-8pm daily and the number was constantly changing. I figured she was lying about her age, and I wouldn't kick the lady in the pics out of bed. Just glad I never let her near my house.

In the end I contacted Reese who then proceeded to have headlight issues, sheesh.
