Here is my opinion.
Price should determine quality. If the price is cheap then expect the quality to be the same.
However, I will say there are at least two locals that prove that opinion to be a lie. Both ask for premium price for less then subpar service. I expect when they have the nerve to ask for 5 or 6 times more than you can normally make at any good job. You would give more of an effort to earn the money.
