From what I can tell there are basically 3 places that consistently offer FS. Sweets, relax, and phoenix. Is that it or am I missing one? I think sweets is okay but a little overrated. Last time I went to Phoenix they told me to come back and haven't been there since. Relax last time I went there I stood in the lobby for 15-20 min and nobody came out so I bounced.

Had a god awful day yesterday so I decided to stop in to Banner also known as Q Spa. It was rather late in the day and with plenty of cars in the lot I took a chance and walked right in.
