I have texted with her / them on two occasions, but have not pulled the trigger yet.

I've been and have had mixed results. First time only HE was on the menu. I told her what I wanted and she said no. During the HE she gave me the name of who to ask for to get full service. I returned a while later and FS was on the menu but it was ok. Nothing great.
